Volunteer at the Dover Fire & Ice Festival
Help make the Dover Fire and Ice Festival a magical experience! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to bring energy, organization, and community spirit to this exciting event. With live ice sculpting, performances, food, and family-friendly fun, this is your chance to play a vital role in one of Dover’s most exciting winter festivals.

- Thursday January 16th
- Friday January 17th

Volunteers Needed in the Following Areas
- Event Set-Up (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
Help set up activations, signage, and decorations. - Welcome Team & Ice Sculpture Monitors (Friday & Saturday)
Greet attendees, distribute information, and answer questions.
Ensure safety around live carvings and help attendees navigate the area. - Activity Hosts (Friday & Saturday)
Assist at festival activities like the Kid Zone, and other activities. - Clean-Up Crew (Friday & Saturday Evening):
Help us leave downtown Dover spotless by assisting with breakdown.

Shift Times: Flexible shifts available throughout the festival.
Meeting Point: Check-in at “The Hive” 28 W Loockerman St, Dover, DE What to Wear: Dress warmly! Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
